As a dynamic and evolving team with members in Copenhagen and Warsaw, we are at the forefront of innovation when it comes to digital portfolio management encompassing a portfolio of both agile and traditional project delivery methods.

We work directly with business colleagues globally, senior stakeholders, and digital teams to develop and maintain our portfolio strategy and framework ensuring alignment with broader company goals. In a defined cadence, we ensure transparency on progress and business value delivered and facilitate complex cross domain decisions to mitigate risks and to optimize for the best business outcomes.

As our new Portfolio Consultant, youll be an integral part of our team, having your own dedicated areas of responsibilities and gain deep knowledge about the scope of your domains and portfolio. Your role involves driving and facilitating key portfolio management processes such as risk and dependencies, follow-up on product roadmaps, value realization, as well as domain and portfolio governance. You will play a key role in ensuring the right governance structures are in place to bring Pandoras strategic initiatives to life. Key Responsibilities:

• Tech Domain Insights: Collaborate closely with specific tech domains to orchestrate our demand intake and portfolio governance processes. Your role includes facilitating portfolio review meetings and key decision points in partnership with key stakeholders. Furthermore, we expect you to facilitate and enable cross portfolio collaboration to optimize for the best business outcomes.
• Transparency Enhancement: Drive the enhancement of transparency across the digital portfolio. Work hand-in-hand with domains to enrich data related to key dependencies, risks, and delivery/product roadmaps for their strategic initiatives. Your efforts will contribute to a comprehensive and informed decision-making process.
• Tooling Practice Growth: Actively contribute to the evolution of our tooling practices within the Strategy, Portfolio & Planning team. Your expertise in tools such as Jira, PowerBi, and Excel will play a crucial role in optimizing processes and ensuring effective data management. Join us in shaping the future of our Portfolio through your proficiency and commitment to excellence in tooling practices.

What is needed to succeed:

• 3+ years experience from a PMO or Portfolio Management function, supporting a complex and large digital portfolio.
• Strong understanding of project & program management methodologies and best practices both for waterfall and agile delivery methods.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in facilitating and planning virtual portfolio review meetings.
• Proven ability to manage and follow up on portfolio risks and dependencies to enable delivery and outcome realization.
• Highly organized and structured with a pragmatic approach to finding simple solutions and getting things done.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, e.g. PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with PowerBi, Confluence and JIRA for project and portfolio management.
