What you will do:

We are looking for a dynamic business analyst to join our digital platforms team. You will lead a team responsible for analyzing business needs, overall requirements gathering & documentation, developing business processes, and solution design. You will work with a globally distributed and diverse team whose mission is to deliver world-class web solutions for SAP.

Your core responsibilities will be:

1. Leading the business analysts team
2. Establishing and managing the requirements lifecycle
3. Working closely with business units to understand their challenges
4. Work collaboratively with other technical leads on solution design
5. Help educate all stakeholders on our platform capabilities

You will report to the head of development & engineering for Digital Platforms within the Demand Generation organization of Corporate Processes and Information Technology (CP&IT).

You will evaluate business requirements and work with your team to propose a solution. You will create detailed designs for implementation.

You will be the go-to person for our team and the business explaining how solutions work and what options are available to solve business challenges.

Core job requirements:

1. Minimum of five years of experience as a business analyst working on web-based applications and services.
2. Deep experience with the website development lifecycle.
3. Background in web content management.
4. Solid understanding of web security and compliance.
5. To have a desire to keep learning and be creative.
6. Proficient communicating in English; secondary language is a plus but not required.
7. Advanced knowledge of Generative AI, foundational models, LLMs.
