Your ‘day to day’

  • Create, shape and develop the overall Data Intelligence products vision, strategy and roadmap, including Procurement data governance and ownership model.
  • Partner with executive leadership and governance teams to align data intelligence products roadmaps with business and procurement objectives and strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, innovation, industry trends, opportunities and best practices in product management and data intelligence area.
  • Manage projects using defined project charter (goals, outcomes, landmarks, results, Key Performance Indicators, resources, budget).
  • Feed future ambition of the next generation of Digital Procurement by using innovative solutions or AI.
  • Manage central data intelligence engines (External and Internal Analytics dashboards, Data Hub, Snowflakes, External Market Intelligence).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including external providers and internal subject matter experts, to align on business, process or product requirements.
  • Collaborate with Procurement Digital Deployment & Delivery Team to ensure product development, monitor performance metrics, gather feedback, and continuously improve the product to maximize user experience.

Who We’re Looking For

  • At least 3 years’ professional experience in management of Digital Systems, Manufacturing Engineering, Process control, Automation and Industrial Internet of Things solutions, preferably in a Product Owner role.
  • University degree in Engineering or related fields; demonstrated experience in Computer sciences, Automation, or equivalent skills. Certifications such as ITIL are a plus.
  • Experience in product implementation, development, and project management (both agile and waterfall methodologies, certifications are a plus).
  • Knowledge of relevant procurement product categories (spend management, market intelligence, category analytics, process analytics).
  • Good understanding of fundamental Procurement objectives and processes.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Power Query, SQL, and Data Analysis tools is a plus.
  • Strong ability to transform data into meaningful information.
  • Effective problem-solving skills, experience working with multiple partners and senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, quick learner, critical thinker, solution-oriented, data-driven mindset.
  • Strong influencing and collaboration skills, with effective change management and communication capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
