Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience with a focus on delivering strategic results.
• Strong technical expertise in digital platform management, including cloud services and microservices architecture.
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and optimizing resource allocation.

Experience:

• 10+ years in IT, including 3+ years in leadership roles managing large-scale digital platforms.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and microservices technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Prior experience in the telecommunications or related industry is advantageous.
