Salary: £30,000 - 33,000 per year

• We are seeking a confident communicator who enjoys helping others learn. The ideal candidate will be digitally savvy, with the ability to quickly pick up new business software. We prefer candidates with 2+ years of experience in B2B software support, onboarding, or training. You should be organized, patient, and comfortable managing multiple clients. Familiarity with field service or business management software is advantageous, and previous experience with accounting integrations such as Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks would be a plus. This role requires someone who can learn new software quickly and explain it clearly to others. We welcome applications only from those who are confident in their digital and communication skills.

• In this role, you will be the main point of contact for new clients during their onboarding journey. Your key responsibilities will include guiding new clients through the software setup and onboarding process, delivering online training sessions tailored to client needs, and handling support queries via phone, email, and video calls. You will liaise with clients to ensure their software setup meets business requirements, troubleshoot and escalate technical issues where needed, and collaborate with internal teams to improve the client experience. Additionally, you will maintain accurate client records and documentation.
