We are looking for an experienced professional responsible for planning, activating, and optimizing Retail Media and Paid Search campaigns, with a strong focus on Amazon Ads / Amazon DSP and Google Ads. The role combines strategy with execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate brand and audience insights into effective retail media and paid search plans.
- Develop monthly and quarterly activation calendars.
- Manage Retail Media (Search & Display) and Paid Search (Google Ads) campaigns end-to-end.
- Optimize campaigns daily to deliver KPIs (ROAS, conversion rate, share of voice).
- Run A/B tests and test‑and‑learn initiatives; scale winning tactics.
- Manage budgets, pacing, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in Retail Media / Paid Search (Amazon Ads, Amazon DSP, Walmart Connect).
- Strong performance marketing background and KPI‑driven mindset.
- Hands‑on experience with retail media platforms, DSPs, and Google Ads.
- Ability to translate marketing objectives into media activations.
- Deep expertise in Amazon Ads & Amazon DSP.
- Strong analytical and data‑driven approach.
- Excellent organization and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
