Procter & Gamble (P&G) is one of the world’s largest advertisers, owning globally iconic brands such as Gillette, Pampers, Oral-B and Head and Shoulders.
We are working on an exciting and industry defining project to grow our Media Team in Poland.
Role: The Digital Media Buyer, Performance Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital media campaigns across various platforms. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for leveraging data to drive performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our digital media strategies align with our overall marketing goals and deliver measurable results.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparing performance marketing campaigns with a particular focus on Social (Meta Collaborative Ads, TikTok Ads) and Google Ads.
- Monitoring campaign results and continuously optimizing them according to established KPIs (like CPA, ROAS etc.).
- Preparing analyses, reports, and presentations regarding ongoing campaigns.
- Managing the media budget.
- Leading projects related to performance marketing and web analytics, including the implementation of new tools supporting both areas.
- Collaborating with multifunctional teams of Marketing Technologists, Digital Strategist, Planning Managers, ecommerce teams and brand teams.
- Working with the sales department and KAMs on the implementation of sales projects.
- Preparation of test agendas, implementing innovations aimed at improving campaign performance.
