Key Responsibilities

• Planning, managing and executing marketing campaigns supporting business development (BD) activities, in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
• Work closely with the BD team to support activities aimed at client engagement and relationship management.
• Management of the BD team conference calendar and promotional activities.
• Develop and implement comprehensive cross-channel digital marketing strategies: Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Email Marketing, Marketing Automation, Organic Social, and Website Optimization.
• Measure digital traffic, monitor social media, and use Google Analytics.
• Website content management and continuous optimization.
• Monitor budget spend and efficiency.

Your Background

• University/college degree or relevant industry/marketing experience.
• Proven work experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and techniques.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing platforms and tools, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and content management systems (CMS).
• Understanding of SEO principles, with the ability to implement and adjust the non-technical part of SEO based on available analytics.
• Working knowledge of Hubspot will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive insights and optimize campaigns.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
