Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
3+ years of experience in online marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing in the financial industry
Strong knowledge of fintech industry, blockchain, and cryptocurrency markets
Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing)
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot) and web analytics tools Google Analytics)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize marketing strategies
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the banking industry, additionally in blockchain and cryptocurrency
Knowledge of B2B marketing best practices and trends in the financial sector
