Responsibilities

• Crafting and executing social media strategies independently
• Leading and coordinating with creative agencies for campaign materials
• Planning, monitoring, optimizing, and analyzing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest Ads Ecosystems in Polish, Czech and Slovak markets
• Managing budgets, reporting, and providing insightful campaign recommendations
• Staying ahead of the latest social media trends and technologies

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Meta, TikTok (must have), Pinterest (nice to have) ads campaigns
• Expertise in campaign management from a media agency or client-side
• Strong Excel skills are required. Knowledge of platforms such as ROI Hunter, Pixis AI, Adsmurai, Supermetrics, or Looker Studio will be considered as an advantage
• Strong knowledge of social media trends and best practices
• A proactive, detail-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Holding certifications such as Meta Blueprint or TikTok Academy will be considered an asset
