As a Senior SEM Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the companys online visibility and revenue growth through strategic management of search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns. You will be responsible for developing and executing SEM strategies, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI, and staying abreast of industry trends to ensure Displate maintains a competitive edge in the market.

Your responsibilities

• Managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns with over 500,000 USD monthly budget, to align with our sales-based KPIs.
• Planning and conducting A/B tests to enhance campaigns and ads performance.
• Analyzing data, preparing reports, and generating actionable insights to drive campaigns improvement.
• Testing and implementing new solutions and tools to enhance campaigns’ performance.
• Contributing to the formulation and execution of our Google Ads strategy.
• Collaborating with various departments within the organization and often acting like a project manager.
• Managing multiple projects at once to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
• Working with a team of seasoned specialists in SEM to drive campaigns success.

Minimum Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in implementing Google Ads campaigns (with strong emphasis on e-commerce).
• Proficiency in managing large-scale budgets.
• Expertise in working with product feeds.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the Google Ads system.
• Strong familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio, Google Ads Editor, and Google Merchant Center.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent analytical and effective communication skills.
• Experience with DataFeedWatch or similar tools is a plus.
• Responsibility and a sense of ownership for the undertaken activities and projects.
• 2 years of agency experience preferred but not required.
