About the Role
As a Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist, you will implement optimization solutions and strategies for high-value clients, specializing in social media advertising and Google Ads management. Your role will focus on improving campaign performance and contributing to business results through meaningful data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement optimization solutions and strategies for high-value clients.
- Manage social media advertising across Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms.
- Create keyword packages and provide bid and budget recommendations.
- Build expertise in optimization techniques across Google products (GSN, YouTube, Mobile).
- Conduct data and trend analysis to generate actionable insights and report on KPIs.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 months of experience in digital advertising and optimization; experience with Google, Facebook, TikTok, or other online marketing platforms is preferred.
- Strong Excel skills and analytical thinking.
- Good understanding of KPIs and performance measurement.
- Danish language proficiency: minimum B2 level.
- EU ID or valid work visa.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual Base Salary: 23,000
- Annual Premium Bonus: 3,240
- Daily Meal Allowance: 7.63 / working day
- Annual Transportation Bonus: 720
- Target Bonus: 5% of annual gross salary
- Health & Life Insurance: Family plan including spouse and children.

- Relocation Support:
- Assistance with NIF and NISS registration
- Help finding accommodation
- Relocation bonus: 2,000 for candidates moving from outside Continental Portugal, 1,000 for candidates relocating from outside the Lisbon metropolitan area.
