Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager Oral Healthcare

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and drive the digital marketing strategy for our leading Personal Healthcare brands.

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for designing and executing innovative, insight-driven digital campaigns that increase brand awareness, grow online traffic, and boost engagement and conversion across channels.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and apply your expertise across social media, SEO, content marketing, CRM/marketing automation, and paid advertising.

The ideal candidate brings strong strategic thinking, analytical excellence, creative problem solving, and a proven track record in delivering impactful digital marketing results.

Your Role

• Drive the greater impact of this role by developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that significantly enhance brand visibility, market share, and revenue growth for the Philips Personal Healthcare brands.
• Collaborate with a talented team of digital marketing specialists, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders such as creative agencies, media partners, and technology providers to execute successful campaigns and ensure proper brand messaging and consistency across all digital channels.
• Unlock professional growth opportunities by leading digital transformation focused on consumer centric when building the most important categories within the organization and staying up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance the brands digital presence.

• You have a proven track record of developing and executing data-driven digital marketing strategies that elevate brand visibility, consumer engagement, and campaign performance.
• Your expertise spans key digital channels — social media, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, CRM, and paid advertising — enabling you to deliver integrated campaigns that reach and resonate with targeted audiences.
• You are comfortable experimenting with emerging AI technologies and using them to increase efficiency, improve targeting, and scale creative output.
• You understand how to integrate AI into digital workflows — from audience segmentation to performance optimization — ensuring data-informed decision making.
• You are a strong team player who supports the growth of others and remains open to learning and evolving alongside your team.
