Digital Marketing Manager
Your responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Media Strategy & Annual planning
•Design data-driven digital media strategies across consumer platforms that align with the overall brand media strategy.
•Partner with the HCP Marketing Manager to craft omnichannel media strategies targeting healthcare professionals.
•Align and balance strategic priorities for both brand building and performance-driven goals.
•Define KPIs for respective digital touchpoints.
•Allocate digital media budget across relevant digital touchpoints.
2. Media Agency Management
•Act as the primary lead with media agencies and providers, ensuring clear communication of annual digital media strategy, objectives, and KPIs for both consumer and HCP campaigns.
•Lead development and briefing process of annual media plans, ensuring strategies meet business goals and key audience needs.
•Collaborate with media providers to continuously optimize live campaigns, using performance data and market insights.
•Conduct regular reviews with agencies to assess outcomes, recommend tactical improvements, and ensure efficient utilization of budgets.
3. Campaign Management
•Monitor and optimize performance of live campaigns across all digital media platforms, ensuring campaigns meet key KPIs.
•Plan, execute, optimize digital media campaigns tailor-made to specific customers.
•Propose and implement optimizations to further drive campaign performance.
•Lead optimizations on creatives (incl. A/B testing), call-to-action optimizations, channels and landing pages.
•Ensure key stakeholders have visibility on results, recommendations for improvement.
•Build campaign dashboards and reports to consolidate data.
•Support development and implementation of holistic activation in E-Commerce.
5. Website management and optimisations
•Propose KPIs, lead regular website performance management audits and implement optimizations
•Management of own media (including hosting, campaign tagging, data flow) and first-party data
•Lead and execute SEO for key brands
6. Innovation & Continuous Improvement
•Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends, new platform features, and emerging technologies to design innovative campaigns and ensure the company stays ahead of competitors.
•Lead digital media excellence and deepen understanding across Brand Marketing, HCP Marketing and E-commerce teams.
