Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement multi-channel digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
2. Partner with stakeholders to ensure campaigns address customer needs and align with broader organizational goals.
3. Work closely with a team of digital specialists to execute innovative marketing initiatives.
4. Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to achieve seamless project delivery.
5. Oversee end-to-end management of digital campaigns, including performance optimization for ROI.
6. Collaborate with the Product Team to craft compelling content and go-to-market strategies for digital products.
7. Analyze customer behavior and campaign data to inform personalized strategies and improve retention.
8. Leverage analytics to drive data-informed decision-making across initiatives.
9. Mentor team members and foster collaboration across functional teams.
10. Drive continuous improvement by analyzing performance and sharing actionable insights.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2. Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing with expertise in SEO, SEM, stakeholder management, and campaign leadership.
