Additionally, the analyst assesses business procedures and information required for implementing initiatives to improve user experience and efficiency.### You’ll be the bridge between business and technology, working closely with commercial teams and product owners to define and deliver IT services that meet strategic goals. Your day will involve gathering and translating requirements into actionable solutions, writing testable user stories, and mapping processes to identify improvements. You’ll manage Salesforce functionalities, support global initiatives, and ensure new digital marketing tools like Sitecore rollouts are tested and optimized.
