Candidate profile

We are looking for someone who has a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketer or in a similar position. Who can work effectively in several threads simultaneously and is comfortable with tasks that require context-switching . Its great if professional problem-solving and finding solutions is your hub. Even better if you use your analytical skills to do so.

At Brainhub, you will:

  • Be responsible for creating and implementing online advertising campaigns
  • Have a say in managing and modifying current campaigns to increase their effectiveness
  • Analyze and prepare reports to optimize campaigns
  • Design and implement marketing automation and lead management
  • Work with our external agency to develop campaign ideas and deliver results in line with Brainhubs goals
  • Analyze and make recommendations based on Google Analytics reports and manage GTM (Google Tag Manager) configuration
  • Work with content and business development specialists to create engaging campaigns
  • Work with the Employer Branding team to promote job opportunities

Good if you:

  • Have at least 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketer (or related position, such as Digital Marketing Analyst, Digital Marketing Strategist)
  • Have practice in running online campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta)
  • Have knowledge of and experience working with tools such as; Google Ads, LinkedIn, Google Tag Manager
  • Have experience working and creating reports in Google Analytics (preferably GA4)
  • Know how to draw conclusions and then make recommendations based on data analysis
  • Take responsibility for processes and tasks, strive to find solutions, and have the ability to work in a changing environment
  • Communicate fluently in English - at least at the C1 level.
  • You are Google Ads certified (welcome)
  • You ran full funnel campaigns, building the funnel from awareness stage to conversion
