responsibilities :
The Digital Manufacturing Solution Architect serves as the crucial bridge between business operations and IT at MAHLE, designing scalable digital solutions that enable manufacturing excellence through digitalization
Design standardized, reusable OT Blueprints that improve manufacturing processes
Evaluate and harmonize business demands from a governance and technical perspective
Guide stakeholders through demand management while ensuring solutions meet requirements
Facilitate agile proof-of-concepts to test potential solutions
Develop scalable solution architectures that align with business objectives
Support implementation teams during solution rollout
Manage stakeholder communications at all levels of the organization
requirements-expected :
Bachelors degree or higher in IT, Engineering, or related field
Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role in manufacturing environments
Strong understanding of manufacturing digitalization technologies (IIoT, data analytics, AI)
Knowledge of IT/OT integration, standards, and security requirements
Architectural thinking ability to design standardized solution patterns
Strong demand management capabilities to analyze and prioritize business requirements
Technical innovation skills to develop viable solutions within organizational standards
Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts
Advanced English proficiency (preferably CEFR level C1)
