Digital Manufacturing Application technical Owner Miejsce pracy: Opole Technologies we use Expected Kubernetes Docker Grafana Prometheus Python Bash PowerShell About the project MISSIONS As part of Danone’s journey to pioneer Industry 5.0, this role sits within the Digital Operations team driving digital transformation across Danone’s global manufacturing footprint. Based at the newly established, first-of-its-kind Industry 5.0 Academy in Opole, Poland, the engineer will help shape and operate a cutting-edge technology stack built on modern cloud technologies supporting Industrial IoT applications. This role is instrumental in defining the future of digital infrastructure for Danone’s manufacturing operations worldwide with a special focus on key areas in our specialized nutrition business category. Your responsibilities Design and implement comprehensive observability strategies, including metrics, logging, and distributed tracing across containerized environments. Build and maintain Kubernetes clusters on Azure AKS, with a focus on reliability, security, and performance optimization. Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for automated testing, building, and deployment. Create and maintain Docker containerization strategies, ensuring secure and performant application images. Apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices to enable consistent and repeatable deployments across environments. Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve infrastructure issues. Collaborate with development teams to define SLI/SLO frameworks and implement effective alerting strategies. Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for infrastructure components, runbooks, and operational procedures. Our requirements Minimum 3 years of experience deploying and maintaining cloud-native services. Minimum 3 years of experience with Docker and Kubernetes orchestration. Hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and other Azure cloud services. Proficiency in GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipeline development and management. Strong background in observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or similar. Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Helm. Solid understanding of networking concepts, cloud security best practices, and troubleshooting. Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation. Prior experience in manufacturing digitalization is a plus. Business-level English proficiency is required.
