We are looking for a dedicated professional to lead the development and execution of Personalization @ Scale (P@S) strategies and First Party Data acquisition across our European campaigns. This role aims to improve the effectiveness of our media and communications through personalized engagement.
For our client, a leading global company in the food and beverage industry, known for its dynamic and innovative approach to marketing, we seek an experienced professional to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with BU Marketing Teams, Media Agencies, Media Insights, and Key Media Partners to create and implement Personalization @ Scale strategies and campaigns.
- Identify barriers to audience-first campaign development and activation, defining ways to overcome them through education, resource unlocking (e.g., Audience Team involvement), and engaging the right stakeholders.
- Plan and optimize digital campaigns utilizing 1P data, ensuring Personalization @ Scale and First Party-led planning are implemented across all campaigns. Codify learnings into case studies to scale across broader marketing teams.
- Ensure assets are effectively utilized from our DAM Platform and promote asset reuse across campaigns. Act as an ambassador for DAM solutions and its connected tools to leverage platform capabilities for sharing, reusing, and enabling asset reuse for Brand Teams globally.
- Execute and optimize campaigns together with TCP managers of Snack and Beverage in Europe, following the companys European TCP process within applicable phases.
- Track the results of Personalization @ Scale implementation, communicate learnings, and ensure their application in further planning. Report productivity for P@S and asset reuse activities.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years in P@S, Digital Marketing, Brand Communications, or Media Planning.
- Strong asset management skills and proven practice.
- Proficiency in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment and cope with changes at the last minute.
- Fluent in English, with a minimum proficiency level of C1.
- Experience in digital marketing utilizing 1st-party data in advertising campaigns.
- Familiarity with DMP, CDP platforms (such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Proficient in executing Lead Ads campaigns on media platforms such as META, Google, TikTok.
- Experience in campaign planning utilizing 1st-party data and recommending new data acquisition sources.
- Strong analytical skills to create robust analyses and meaningful insights to drive actions and highlight opportunities.
