Position Overview
We’re looking for a skilled media professional to lead the development and execution of integrated media strategies across multiple brands and target audiences across the CEE region as well as coordinating media projects across the CEE Zone. This role will manage agency and marketing team partnerships to drive innovative, data‑informed media plans that deliver strong business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Be an integral part of the CEE Media & Digital Team as a team of experts facing forward to local and global organisation.
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated media strategies across markets, collaborating with partner agencies and internal marketing teams.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams—including Brand Team, E‑commerce, Global Media & Digital—to keep up with global guidelines vs local business objectives.
- Partner with brand and e‑commerce teams to shape activations that maximise consumer insights and leverage the full spectrum of digital platforms.
- Apply deep knowledge of traditional and digital media—social media, video, programmatic and SEM—to be able to make sure we deliver best performing media campaigns.
- Contribute to build and execute a local learning agenda to continuously enhance business performance, surface new insights, and promote data‑driven best practices.
- Lead the localisation and implementation of global digital transformation initiatives within agency and internal teams as part of CEE Media and Digital Team.
- Act as a strategic thought partner, helping to shape campaign design—from targeting and channel mix to content and budget allocation—alongside internal teams and partners such as Google.
- Oversee the evolution of owned digital assets (e.g. websites, social media) to ensure alignment with marketing goals and compliance standards.
- Train and upskill teams on evolving media best practices and industry innovations.
- Manage agency performance and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and effective media execution.
- Drive the day‑to‑day management and optimisation of media campaigns across the brand portfolio.
- Provide insights from campaign performance based on available reports and strategic discussions with media agency.
About You
- 3+ years of experience in media or digital marketing within an agency, consultancy, or client‑side environment.
- Strong grasp of both traditional and digital media strategy, planning, and buying.
- Clear understanding of the consumer journey and ability to align it with media strategies and touchpoints.
- Hands‑on expertise in media analytics, campaign planning and building strategic recommendations based on analysed data and known business context.
- Proven cross‑functional project management skills with a track record of delivering business results.
- Fluent in English and Polish.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience influencing internal and external partners.
- You are dynamic and flexible to be able to adjust to a changing environment.
- You are a team player, with a challenger mindset approach.
