Overview

Digital Lead of Industrial Operations & Quality

We are seeking a Digital Lead of Industrial Operations & Quality to help teams achieve higher efficiency of Industrial Operations through digital solutions, ensuring alignment with Polpharma Digital Strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy setting: Continuous development of Digital Roadmap for Industrial Operations / Quality in Polpharma Generics network and ensuring it is consistently executed
  • Prototyping: Co-lead technology pilots within the Transformation Office, including evaluation, execution, and handover to rollout implementation units (CE/MEC)
  • Change Management: Inspire Industrial Operations / Quality Teams with digital capabilities to identify value-creating use cases and guide them from idea to project execution in a lean, fast way
  • Consistency: Collaborate with the Global Digital Lead for Polpharma Group and IT community to build a modern industrial operations environment (architecture, standards, connectivity)
  • Digital capabilities: Develop digital competencies within IO & QA teams and promote operational excellence practices aligned with the Transformation Office
  • Standardization: Ensure alignment of digital solutions with the reference OT architecture and technical standards co-defined by the Transformation Office, Engineering & IT
  • Data Governance: Design and deploy OT Data Governance and integration models across IO & QA, ensuring data availability and compliance with Transformation Office standards
  • Program Management: Lead effective implementation of digitization programs and projects until handover to the Project Manager from the business
  • Participation: Represent IO/Q digitalization interests in strategic committees and programs led by the Transformation Office

Our expectations

  • Knowledge of digital solutions for production and quality
  • Proven experience with project portfolio management as a Program Manager or Project Office Head
  • Capability to design changes in operational processes based on opportunities from digital solutions
  • Ability to embed digital change in the context of the expected financial impact and the achievement of the company-s long-term cost competitiveness goal
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity demonstrated by leading successful organizational change with widespread operational impact
  • Ability to network and communicate with top management across functions, with a strong cross-functional overview
  • Further training in Change Management, Communication, Project Management/Coaching, AI Industrial solutions, 6-Sigma/LEAN
