Digital Lead of Industrial Operations & Quality page is loaded## Digital Lead of Industrial Operations & Qualityremote type: Hybrydowolocations: Warszawa - Bobrowiecka: Gdańsk / Starogard Gdańskitime type: Pełen etatposted on: Opublikowano dzisiajjob requisition id: JR007890**In this position you will help teams to achieve higher efficiency of Industrial Operations through digital solutions, assuring that solutions are consistent with Polpharma Digital Strategy.****Your responsibilities:*** Strategy setting: Continuous development of Digital Roadmap for Industrial Operations / Quality in Polpharma Generics network and making sure it get consistently executed* Prototyping: Co-lead technology pilots within the Transformation Office, including evaluation, execution, and handover to rollout implementation units (CE/MEC).* Change Management: Ongoing inspiring Industrial Operations / Quality Teams with digital capabilities to identify potential value-creating used cases and provide guidance for transforming them from idea into the project mode in a lean, fast way* Consistency: Close collaboration with Global Digital Lead for Polpharma Group and IT community & related functions in building a modern industrial operations environment (architecture, standards, connectivity)* Digital capabilities: Support the development of digital competencies within IO & QA teams and promote operational excellence practices aligned with the technical culture of the Transformation Office.* Standardization: ensure alignment of digital solutions with the reference OT architecture and technical standards co-defined by the Transformation Office, Engineering & IT function.* Data Governance: collaborate in the design and deployment of OT Data Governance and integration models across IO & QA, ensuring data availability and compliance with Transformation Office standards.* Program Management: Running effective implementation of selected programs and projects related to digitization of industrial operations until smooth hand- over to Project Manager from the business.* Participate in strategic committees and programs led by the Transformation Office, representing IO/Q digitalization interests.**What we can offer:*** Stable employment in a modern and dynamically-developing pharmaceutical company operating in international markets* Contract of employment* Hybrid system of work* Employee relocation package* Company car / car allowance* Basic salary + bonuses* Private medical care* Lunch Card 350 PLN net meals* Co-financing for the Multisport card* Possibility to join group life insurance* Employee Pension Program (after 3 months of employment)* Cafeteria system (cinema, theater tickets, shopping vouchers, etc.)* 1 additional day off* Training and development of professional competences**Our expectations:*** Knowledge of digital solutions for production and quality* Proven experience with project portfolio management as a Program Manager or Project Office Head* Capability to design change in operational processes based on opportunities from digital solutions* Ability to embed digital change in the context of the expected financial impact and the achievement of the companys long-term cost competitiveness goal* Cultural awareness and sensitivity as evidenced by leading the successful implementation of an organizational change with widespread operational impact* Ability to network and communicate with top management of various functions, strong cross-functional overview* Further training in: Change management, Communication, Project Management/Coaching, AI Industrial solutions, 6-Sigma, Lean education/training - 6-Sigma, LEAN education/training
