Managing the implementation of sales solutions Orbico platforms (SFA, CRM, e-commerce platform, Product catalogue and others) across various business units and countries ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and alignment with business objectives.
responsibilities :
Leading As-IS analysis with local markets
Identifying GAPs and validating them with product teams
Preparing of user stories/tasks/improvements based on business needs for further analysis and development
Defining project/rollout scope
Planning and coordinating the rollout of sales solutions across different business units and countries, ensuring compliance with project scope, budget and timeline
Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, IT teams, vendors and clients to ensure smooth implementation and user adoption
Identifying and resolving issues and risks that may affect the rollout process, applying contingency plans and escalation procedures if needed
Cooperating with external vendors
Cooperating with Group IT structures in defining changes in ERP systems needed to fulfill business requirements of rollout product as well as in integration layer if needed. Aligning timeline of that changes with project development
Cooperating with Product Teams and local business teams on business requirements
Project planning and reporting (budget, timeline, resources, vendor management) and execution of the agenda (together with local business and Core or local IT)
Work in international environment
requirements-expected :
Previous successful experience in managing big development digital projects as a client or on the side of big software house
Experience in Agile project management
Analytical skills
Highly knowledgeable and experienced in digital /IT/e-commerce technology
Ideally a person who combines experience in e-commerce & B2B in FMCG sector
Ability to think strategically,
