In the Identity and Access Management team, we are not afraid of challenges, and we support our clients comprehensively by, among other things, designing, building and optimizing processes and implementing the most important solutions in the area of identity and access management (whether based on local on-prem infrastructure or provided from the cloud PaaS; implemented in a cascade model or based on agile methodologies). On a day-to-day basis, we cooperate with manufacturers of leading security solutions. Our team bridges the gap between specialized business and technical departments and client-side management.

THE WORK:

  • Gathering business and functional requirements from the area of Identity and Access Management at our clients.
  • Designing and building processes related to identity management from the business side (e.g. identity life cycle management, access request, privilege audit, privileged access).
  • Designing and implementing an access role model and associated entitlements.
  • Planning and supporting clients in the implementation of leading and innovative solutions in Identity and Access Management, as well as many other aspects of cyber security not yet heard of today, but which will become an everyday occurrence in the near future.
  • Implementing the proposed solutions both locally and in the cloud, testing and support during the handover of the project to the clients internal management.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

Requirements:

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Motivation to develop in the area of Digital Identity.
  • Experience in IT.
  • Having a working knowledge of at least some of the following technologies: PowerShell, Linux Bash, Excel VBA, .NET, AutoIT, REST, SCIM, Java Beanshell, Active Directory, LDAP, Azure-AWS-GCP, SQL, Windows Server administration.
  • Working in our team will teach you knowledge of Identity and Access Management topics (e.g. directory services, identity lifecycle, processes for granting and revoking privileges, privileged access PAM) and Identity Management tools/systems (e.g. solutions from Sailpoint, One Identity, Forgerock, Okta, CyberArk, Omada).
  • Very good command of Polish and English (at least B2 level), as we carry out projects for both Polish and international clients.
