about-project :
We are looking for a Digital I&O Technology Specialist to join our Collaboration and End User Devices Product Team. In this role, you will manage the services provided to our operating companies (OpCos) and ensure that our employees have access to the tools they need to collaborate effectively from any location and on any device. You will work within a dynamic Product Team that is empowered to organize and manage its own work, optimizing overall efficiency and effectiveness.
responsibilities :
Delivering Product Enhancements: Provide timely product updates that meet quality standards, aspiring for a zero-defect culture
Ensuring Solution Consistency: Work closely with the Product Owner to analyze, document, and communicate program and platform requirements effectively
Managing Solution Quality: Oversee the quality of the solutions and address any technical debt that may arise
Identifying and Resolving Bottlenecks: Proactively identify potential bottlenecks and their root causes, proposing effective solutions
Maintaining Technology Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluating their relevance for HEINEKEN
Participating in Technology Selection: Engage in the selection process of new technologies to ensure alignment with business needs
Adhering to Best Practices: Ensure that all solutions comply with HEINEKENs standards and best practices regarding quality and compliance
Translating Business Needs: understand user stories and acceptance criteria, translating them into implementable solutions and configurations.
requirements-expected :
5-8 years of experience in Collaboration and End User Devices (EUD)
3 years of experience working with external vendors and managing contracts
3 years of experience collaborating with Operating Companies and 2-3 years of experience in agile, multicultural environments
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Telecom, Electronics, or related fields
excellent written and verbal English (additional languages are an advantage)
strong communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
an analytical and structured mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
a team-player attitude, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all organizational levels
the ability to understand diverse stakeholder perspectives and integrate various viewpoints.
