Digital I&O Chapter Lead is member of the Product team and is one of the professionals who manage the services provided to the OpCos by the TP&S Supplier. Product Teams are structured and empowered by the organization to organize and manage their own work. The resulting synergy optimizes the Product Teams overall efficiency and effectiveness.
This role understands the specific technology areas used in the OpCos, providing advice and guidance to the TP&S Supplier, as well as coordinating & prioritising work and making decisions for the service provided to the OpCos. They will also understand the projects planned for the OpCos and ensure this is aligned to the overall D&T strategy and OpCo Business Requirements.
responsibilities :
delivering working product enhancements with the allocated timescale and quality standards that minimize rework and aspire a zero-defect culture
ensuring consistency of the overall solution
working with the Product Owner to understand, elicit, analyze, document and communicate program and platform requirements
managing the quality of the solution and technical debt
identifying potential bottlenecks and their underlying causes that affect the product and proposes how to resolve these
keeping up with relevant developments in own functional area and ensure development, transfer and retention of knowledge
maintaining awareness of emerging technologies, industry trends, and architecture best practices; and evaluate them for applicability
participating in the selection of new technologies

requirements-expected :
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Telecom, Electronics or
other related studies
strong technical background with experience in one or more IT areas
7-10 years experience of working in Collaboration & EUD
5 years experience, in working with external vendors, resources and contracts
5 years experience of working with OpCos
3-5 years experience of working in agile teams in multi-cultural environments
clear competency/proven people management experience
hands-on experience with IT Project Management in complex projects and the Agile/Scrum Way of Working
excellent written and verbal English
other language will be an advantage
excellent communication skills (both verbal and in writing): ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical people
team player attitude and you areable to work effectively at all levels of the product teams with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus
