• As a Digital I&O Analyst on the Collaboration & End User Devices (EUD) Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting HEINEKENs multi-cloud strategy, including Greencloud, Microsoft Azure, AWS, and T-Systems. This role involves managing and improving services, aligning them with HEINEKENs business needs, and ensuring that all employees have access to efficient, secure, and reliable digital tools.

• Collaborating on Product Requirements: Support the Product Owner by gathering and defining requirements with key stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment on value definition.
• Creating and Managing Product Backlogs: Translate business needs into detailed user stories, backlogs, and acceptance criteria, supporting the development process.
• Driving Solution Consistency: Work to ensure that all solutions are consistent with HEINEKENs standards, quality, and compliance requirements.
• Managing Solution Quality: Oversee the technical quality of solutions, addressing technical debt, and making improvements where needed.
• Maintaining Technology Awareness: Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, evaluating their relevance to HEINEKENs needs.
• Selecting New Technologies: Participate in technology selection processes to ensure the right tools and solutions are chosen.
• Ensuring Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that all necessary inputs are provided, supporting the Product Teams success.

• 7-10 years of experience in the Collaboration and End User Devices (EUD) field
• 5 years of experience working with external vendors and managing contracts
• 3-5 years of experience in agile, multicultural environments
• A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Telecom, Electronics, or related fields
• Strong technical proficiency in IT, along with skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling
• Excellent English communication skills (additional languages are a plus)
• Preferably, experience with Business Intelligence Tools and project management certification
