Overview
As Digital Health Innovation Manager, you will be at the forefront of transforming healthcare through technology. You will lead the development of ‘beyond-the-pill’ solutions that improve the lives of patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. This role combines strategic thinking, innovation leadership, and deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem to position Novartis as a digital health pioneer.
Responsibilities
- Co‑create and execute a vision that positions Novartis as a key player in digital health, driving innovation and improving healthcare outcomes.
- Build strategic partnerships with ecosystem stakeholders (e.g. tech vendors, start‑ups, accelerators, public institutions) to co‑develop patient‑centric solutions.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to identify unmet needs and translate them into impactful digital innovations.
- Manage a portfolio of innovative solutions end‑to‑end: scouting, adapting, piloting, and scaling.
- Measure and optimise innovation performance to ensure scalable impact.
- Monitor digital health trends and initiate short‑to mid‑term innovation projects across Poland and the cluster.
- Represent Novartis at major innovation events and co‑organise ecosystem engagements.
- Share best practices across countries to promote Novartis IM Poland as a digital innovation hub.
Key Performance Indicators
- Successful implementation of innovative projects based on defined KPIs.
- Strengthened innovation pipeline and ecosystem presence.
- Positive impact on patient outcomes and healthcare delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, hospital, pharmacy, or in companies closely collaborating with these sectors.
- Proven track record in implementing digital health innovations, especially in hospital settings, is a strong advantage.

- Fluency in Polish and English (oral and written).
