WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?



We want to expand our Product Design team with a proactive person who will help us create great products for our current and new, exciting clients.

YOUR ROLE

1. Creating wireframes, prototypes and making changes based on tests.
2. Creating UI and graphic styles for products.
3. Making changes to products based on research.
4. Conversations with DEV, PO, PM and shareholders.
5. Creating user flow.
6. Conducting workshops with clients.
7. Maintaining and caring for good client relations.
8. Collecting users needs and combining them with the business objectives of the product.
9. Creating documentation for developers.
10. Interpreting research data and converting it into a product.

YOUR PROFILE

1. 3 years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI.
2. Smooth use of Figma design tools, etc.
3. Experience in creating prototypes.
4. Ability to present your own projects.
5. Ability to defend design decisions.
6. Ability to take a business view of the project.
7. Experience in desktop and mobile design.
8. More than only web projects in the portfolio.
9. Ability to give feedback and openness to feedback from others.
10. Advanced English spoken and written (B2 or higher).

NICE TO HAVE

1. Experience in working with a foreign client.
2. Skill and experience in conducting workshops.
3. Ability to manage own work and set priorities.
4. Experience in carrying out tests and iterations of the project.
