Digital Compliance Coordinator

Your responsibilities

• Refine and oversee digital compliance processes to ensure consistent adherence to legal, privacy, and IT security requirements throughout the lifecycle of digital products and services.
• Function as the operational process owner of the Digital Compliance Process and its subprocesses.
• Serve as the main contact person for the Solution Review Board (SRB) process, coordinating preparations and providing guidance on required documentation.
• Act as a liaison between different stakeholders and subject matter experts, representing Belgium's interests in Digital Compliance within the company's network. Compliance Oversight:
• Maintain oversight of digital compliance metrics and key performance indicators, reporting regularly to IFS Leadership on compliance matters.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for legal controls within the SRB, ensuring that all digital solutions comply with internal and external regulations. Contractual Support: Draft and review varied contractual documents related to digital solutions, including Subscription Agreements, Services Agreements, License Agreements, Data Processing Agreements, and Privacy Policies.
• Provide expert advice on digital compliance, including issues related to artificial intelligence (AI) and intellectual property (IP).
• Support internal stakeholders by reviewing IT Contracts, terms and conditions, and helping them navigate necessary compliance processes.
• Assist in designing and delivering training programs that enhance understanding of digital compliance requirements among employees.
• Support internal communications, including writing articles and managing knowledge- sharing initiatives. Continuous Improvement:
• Stay informed on evolving laws, regulations, and best practices in digital compliance, ensuring that remains at the forefront of compliance standards.

Our requirements

• Proven knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to digital compliance.
• Prior experience in an IT environment, with a preference for candidates who have demonstrated a passion for digital initiatives.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with fluency in English Autonomy, initiative, and a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
