• Consult with internal business units on the deployment, configuration, and optimization of Siemens Opcenter–based laboratory management solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Support the testing, validation, and approval of implemented IT solutions in close cooperation with business departments.
• Provide expert advice on process improvement and actively contribute to cross‑functional projects, committees, and governance boards.
