• We are thrilled to invite a skilled data analysts to drive the AI/RPA based automation of processes and enable data-driven decision-making within our organization. As part of our team, you will leverage cutting-edge process mining tools to transform insights into actionable improvements, working collaboratively across functional groups to deliver measurable results.

• Analyzing data to identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
• Utilizing process mining tools (e.g., Celonis) to map and analyze end-to-end processes.
• Developing simple automation scripts (e.g., VBA, Python, UiPath bots).
• Collaborating with RPA/AI teams in designing and implementing automation solutions.
• Creating dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI) to monitor automation effectiveness.
• Participating in initiatives related to the implementation of new technologies and tools.
• Documenting processes and sharing knowledge within the team.

• Higher education in IT, data analysis, mathematics, economics or related fields.
• Experience in data analysis, automation or working with process mining tools.
• Familiarity with tools: Power BI, UiPath, SAP.
• Technical skills in Python, VBA, SQL or RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism).
• Ability to work in an international team and translate complex technical concepts into understandable business terms.
