Digital & Web Specialist – Worldline
Opportunity
Enhance Worldlines digital channels for small and medium‑size business customers as part of a central team of digital experts. Drive ongoing improvements on website presences, increase client engagement, and generate leads across all MS SMB markets.
- Creation and updating of landing pages using the company CMS – including white‑hat SEO, GEO (AI SEO) knowledge, and a strong grasp of web statistics/KPIs
- Support all online activities in coordination with the MarCom team, Product and Marketing Management
- Assist with digital projects and act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for any digital matters
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Co‑own the web ecosystem and its digital customer journey
- Manage and edit the operational content management system (AEM CMS)
- Support the SEO specialist and other stakeholders with white‑hat SEO/GEO (AI SEO) knowledge
- Manage website analytics and performance using Adobe Analytics
- Optimize performance and improve through A/B testing to drive visitors to leads
- Continuously optimize existing digital content and flows
- SPOC for internal stakeholders related to digital matters in MS SMB and support digital projects, specify requirements and ensure quality of delivery
- Responsible for the Digital Mailbox
Who Are We Looking For
- Completed education in Online/Digital Marketing or a related field
- Minimum three years’ experience in web‑focused roles, ideally within international companies
- Proficiency with web publishing tools (CMS such as AEM, Drupal, WordPress) and digital marketing tools
- Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or other analytics tools
- Understanding of web publishing technology and templates
- Intermediate knowledge of SEO and GEO (white‑hat level)
- Strong affinity for web technologies, web trends, and responsive design principles
- KPI‑driven marketing communication skills, ensuring activities can be measured
- Motivated team player with a collaborative mindset, able to work across borders
- Fluent in English and proficiency in Polish
- Experience co‑leading smaller technical projects/implementations
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude
- Conceptual, strategic, and quality‑assured approach to work
