What You’ll Do

Lead Sales Operations for Poland Digital Hub

  • Develop a best‑in‑class sales operations approach to support rapid growth in digital consulting and technology development. Build structured, agile processes for proposals, pricing, and contract integration.
  • Identify and pursue internal opportunities by collaborating with cross‑functional teams to integrate DD Hub capabilities and solutions into client offerings.

Lead AI‑Enabled Sales Transformation

  • Define business requirements for AI‑driven solutions to streamline proposal generation and sales processes. Drive adoption of AI for 50% of proposal development efforts and maintain robust reference libraries.

Here’s what you’ll need

  • Proven experience in sales operations, digital solution sales.
  • Nice to have experience in consulting‑type companies.
  • Ability to organize, drive collaboration and influence cross‑functional, international teams.
  • Familiarity with AI applications in sales and proposal generation and willingness to develop more.
  • Experience with CRM Salesforce, reporting and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
  • Self‑driven with a passion for operational excellence.
