Your impact
We are seeking a Strategy Consultant to join our Digital Advisory team in Digital & Data Poland and play a pivotal role in shaping enterprise digital strategies for critical infrastructure clients. This role is ideal for professionals with consulting experience who thrive on solving complex problems, driving measurable, technical outcomes, and getting things done in fast‑paced environments.
What You’ll Do
- Lead strategic engagements focused on digital, data, and AI transformation for asset‑intensive organizations
- Develop enterprise strategies and operating models that align with client business objectives and deliver tangible ROI
- Design actionable roadmaps covering governance and operations
- Engage with C‑suite and senior stakeholders, aligning diverse interests across multi‑entity organizations
- Analyze current state and define future state for IT/OT convergence, data strategy, lifecycle asset information management, digital twins, and advanced analytics use cases
- Prepare business cases and KPI frameworks to demonstrate value and support investment decisions
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of strategic initiatives within tight timelines
Here’s what you’ll need
- 2–5 years of experience in management consulting or strategy roles, ideally in digital transformation or technology strategy
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree from a top‑tier institution
- Strong understanding of digital enterprise architecture, data governance, and operating models is a plus
- Familiarity with asset‑intensive industries (rail, energy, infrastructure)
- Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders under pressure
- Comfortable working at both strategic and execution levels
