Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging training sessions on Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Automate, Power Apps) and in‑house developed digital tools
- Develop clear and user‑friendly training materials, including manuals and quick reference guides and short demo videos
- Provide hands‑on user support during and after training sessions to help employees apply new skills in daily operations
- Gather feedback from end users, identify learning gaps, and propose improvements to both training content and application design
- Collaborate with the Digital Transformation team to enhance adoption strategies and ensure consistent communication on new digital capabilities
- Track training participation and effectiveness and prepare brief activity reports when needed
- Proactively promote new and upcoming Microsoft 365 features, showing employees how these capabilities can enhance productivity and collaboration
- Maintain and grow an active digital user community through updates, tips & tricks, use cases, and success stories
- Prepare and distribute regular communication updates such as “What’s New in M365”, feature spotlights, and practical guides
- Collaborate with departments to identify digital needs and recommend M365 tools that best support their workflows
- Gather feedback from end users, identify learning gaps, and propose improvements to both training content and application design
- Work closely with the Digital Transformation team to support adoption strategies and ensure consistent communication around new capabilities
- Track training participation, monitor adoption trends, and prepare brief activity reports as required
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps and digital collaboration tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Ability to translate technical features into simple, user‑friendly guidance
- Experience in creating training materials and providing end user support
- Customer‑oriented mindset and proactive approach to continuous improvement
- Ability to explain new M365 features clearly and inspire employees to adopt them
- Creativity in designing engaging content (e.g., tips, short videos, feature highlights)
- Travel flexibility (approx. 20%)
