• Experience in a digital marketing agency (minimum 3–4 years).
• Proficiency in working with data and Excel.
• Systematic and consistent project management.
• Strong knowledge of the social media ecosystem (formats, best practices, publishing/monitoring tools).
• Ability to work with KPIs (reach/ER, number of publications, SOV, trade plan execution).
• Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, attention to detail, and ability to “close” topics effectively.
• Proficiency in English.

We are looking for an Account Manager / Specialist with professional experience in a digital agency (SoMe, YouTube, TikTok, PR, etc.), skilled in project coordination, communication, and effective implementation.

Your mission

• Developing online strategies for the WORX and CAT brands.
• Daily collaboration with a digital marketing agency and coordination of activities for internal stakeholders.
• End-to-end project oversight: timelines, budgets, reporting.
• Co-creating the online communication calendar, editing materials, and influencing their final form.
• Monitoring competitor activities.
• Implementing, monitoring, and controlling SoMe activities in cooperation with the digital agency.
• Coordinating efforts with internal teams (sales, e-commerce, product, legal) and external vendors.
