The Digital Account Director role combines account management and team management activities. The mission of this role is to lead and inspire the team to achieve desired objectives, budgets, and quality and maintain high client satisfaction.



Requirements



  • Passionate, ambitious individual with a business-oriented, strategic approach
  • At least 5 years of team management experience (min. 10 people team), passionate leadership
  • At least 7 years of experience in digital project management
  • Experience in working with international clients on various projects and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients
  • Experience in strategic business consulting, budget management and reporting
  • Fluency in English - at least C1 level
  • Professionalism and stress resistance
  • Ability to constructively resolve conflict situations with a win-win approach
  • Experience in the pharma industry will be a big plus!
Responsibilities



  • Overseeing the delivery of dedicated projects for a global client from an operational point of view
  • Managing a global team of Web Publishers and PMs - coaching, mentoring, and developing them to deliver high-quality projects, recruit and train new team members
  • Creating strategy and being an advisor in the field of digital development to the client and the team
  • Building long-term relationships with clients by extensive analyze and understanding of their business needs, growing the account, and continuously improving the overall client experience
  • Supporting sales team with info and input for pitches
  • Coming up with innovative ideas and executing them
  • Analysing team efficiency and delivering improvements to people and processes
  • Managing budgets and reports, Value stream cost optimization Ensuring that the account is generating the designated profits, reporting results and achievements to the Managing Director
