• We are looking for a skilled engineer to join our team for an exciting automotive project. In this role, you will collaborate with a centralized team focused on enhancing DevSecOps maturity across the organization. By developing scalable solutions and optimizing workflows, youll help create a solid foundation that enables secure and efficient innovation. • Develop and implement standardized CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) strategies, and security workflows that support organizational goals
• Integrate security practices into the software development lifecycle using automated tools such as SAST, DAST, and SCA
• Build self-service workflows for onboarding, platform provisioning, and access management to enhance team efficiency
• Automate repetitive operational tasks, including infrastructure deployment and security validations
• Collaborate closely with engineering, security, and operations teams to ensure alignment and deliver unified solutions

• Extensive experience in developing, documenting, and implementing CI/CD strategies for platforms like Java and .NET
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, or AKS
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps
• Solid understanding of automated security practices, including SAST, DAST, and SCA tools
• Advanced scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automating workflows and operational tasks
• Familiarity with OS security best practices
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
