About the project

In Cyclad we work with top international IT companies in order to boost their potential in delivering outstanding, cutting edge technologies that shape the world of the future. Currently, we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced DevSecOps Engineer to lead the integration of robust security practices across our software development and operations processes. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in DevSecOps tooling, cloud platforms, automation, and secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.

Location: Hybrid work model, multiple locations to choose (Gdańsk, Katowice, Kraków, Lublin, Opole, Warszawa, Wrocław, Poznań)

Type of employment: employment contract

Project language: English and French (both obligatory)

Your responsibilities

  • Leading the design, implementation, and optimization of DevSecOps pipelines.
  • Integrating security controls into CI/CD workflows and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Collaborating with development, operations, and security teams to ensure secure software delivery.
  • Conducting threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, and risk analysis.
  • Automating security testing and compliance checks.
  • Providing guidance on secure coding practices and DevSecOps best practices.
  • Evaluating and implementing DevSecOps tools and technologies.
  • Mentoring and training teams on DevSecOps principles and secure development.
  • Supporting audits and compliance initiatives.

Our requirements

  • Experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
  • Experience with security tools (e.g., SonarQube).
  • Proficiency with DevSecOps testing tools such as Selenium and Zalenium.
  • Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
  • Deep understanding of secure SDLC, OWASP Top 10, and threat modeling.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

such data shall result in lack of possibility to include the Application in the recruitment processes conducted by the Company.
The candidate has the right to access and rectify the contents of their data, remove such data, limit its processing, transfer such data, submit objection to the processing and revoke the consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing conducted under such consent before it was
withdrawn. The candidate also has the right to file a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection when they consider the processing of their personal data to be a violation of the provisions of the GDPR.
