• Hourly Rate: up to 170 PLN
• Location: Wroclaw, Poland
• Work arrangement: hybrid, once per week in the office or at least one time per month - to be determined, full-time

• Bottleneck analysis for Digital Product Security in relation to as-is processes, existing solutions, and team capabilities.
• Identification of potential points for automation, including: Current status, Future state, Expected benefits, Quick wins (low-hanging fruits), Scope
• Suggest potential automated solutions to address the identified areas for improvement, including already launched initiatives (like AI Chatbot, ServiceNow, M365 and more)
• Development of own (in-house) maturity assessment tool for application security governance purposes
• Support on AI chatbot creation

• Strong background in information security, with experience in security assessments and maturity models.
• Previous or current programming skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar, with experience in developing chatbots, dashboards, and automation tools.
• Experience with data visualization tools and dashboard development (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Familiarity with security frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Proven ability to design and implement custom assessment tools or platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate security requirements into technical solution
