About the role:

As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will contribute to building and improving digital solutions supporting aftermarket initiatives on the Azure platform. Your responsibilities will include enhancing CI/CD pipelines, supporting secure software delivery practices, and collaborating with engineers across multiple teams to ensure high quality, automation, and reliability of our development processes.

You will join a program consisting of four agile teams—three focused on product development and one dedicated to Continuous Improvement, where you will work on test automation, DevOps practices, security, monitoring, and architectural enhancements. Your work will support the ongoing shift toward a fully integrated DevOps model.

Your background: 

You bring hands-on experience in cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and software delivery processes. You are familiar with security concepts and automation, and you are motivated to further grow in the DevSecOps field.

You should have

• Experience working with the Azure Cloud platform (Azure certification is a plus). 
• Practical understanding of vulnerability management and security automation (SAST, SCA, DAST, container scanning). 
• Experience with monitoring and measuring operational effectiveness. 
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps Pipelines, or GitLab. 
• Basic understanding of OS security: Active Directory, Windows networking, Group Policies, DNS, PKI. 
• Familiarity with Linux, databases, and administration of application servers in production environments. 
• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell and Bash. 
• Knowledge of code quality tools, basic networking, and cloud-native technologies is considered a strong plus. 
• Additional merits: familiarity with Azure services, Databricks, Helm, Nginx, and container platforms (AKS, OpenShift, ECS).
