• Currently, we are seeking a DevSecOps to join the international team of a leading company in technology consulting and digital transformation.
• Project information:
• Location: Kraków (hybrid model of work - once a week from the office)
• Type of employment: B2B contract
• Remuneration: 160 - 200 PLN net + VAT per hour on B2B
• Project language: English

• Building and maintaining environments to support internal projects, including large-scale database systems on-premises and cloud-based.
• Automating workflows and processes, especially those related to keeping systems up-to-date.
• Designing and implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to support incident management and prevent user impact.
• Managing operations, including root cause analysis for major or recurring incidents and developing remediation plans.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders (Cybersecurity and IT teams) to develop and maintain solutions.
• Investigating and delivering innovation within the Cybersecurity team.
• Assisting in training, developing, and mentoring colleagues within the Cybersecurity DevOps community.
• Preparing and keeping technical documentation up-to-date.

• Experience with RedHat (RHEL):
• oProficiency in configuring and managing operating systems (RHEL).
• oStrong scripting skills, particularly with Bash.
• oExperience with disk management (LVM).
• Networking and Network Security:
• oIn-depth knowledge of network protocols, routing, and subnetting.
• oExperience with firewalls, proxies, and general network security.
• Automation and Configuration as Code:
• oStrong experience with Ansible for automation and configuration management.
• CI/CD (Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery):
• oHands-on experience with Jenkins for building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:
• oStrong troubleshooting skills for complex OS and networking configurations.
• oExperience with root cause analysis and resolving incidents.
• Change Management:
• oFamiliarity with ITIL-compliant Change Management practices.
• Vulnerability Management:
• oGood understanding of Vulnerability Management processes and tools.
• Operating Systems:
• oProficiency in Windows Server environments.
• Cloud Technologies:
• oHands-on experience with major cloud platforms: GCP, AWS, Azure, and Ali Cloud.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
• oExperience with Terraform and Helm for managing infrastructure as code.
• Database Management:
• oExperience with MSSQL and PostgreSQL databases.
• Containerization and Orchestration:
• oStrong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine).
• Service Mesh:
• oExperience with Istio or similar service mesh technologies.
• Monitoring and Logging:
• oProficiency in Application Dynamics for monitoring applications and infrastructure.
• oExperience with Splunk for logging and log management.
• oHands-on experience with xMatters for alerting and incident management.
• Programming and Scripting:
• oProficient in Bash, Python, and PowerShell for automation and scripting tasks.
• Secrets Management:
• oExperience with HashiCorp Vault or similar secrets management tools.
• Artifact Repositories:
• oFamiliarity with Nexus or similar artifact repository solutions.
• Agile and ITIL Experience:
• oExperience in Agile environments and ITIL frameworks.
• oFamiliarity with tools like Jira and ServiceNow for incident, change, and project management.
