We are seeking an experienced DevOps Team Leader to drive cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid environment within a large, international organization. This role requires proven leadership skills, the ability to facilitate both technical and business discussions, and a solid understanding of Azure cloud services, DevOps practices, and agile frameworks.

responsibilities :

Leading and coordinating cross-functional teams of Azure engineers and software developers
Driving technical and business discussions to align stakeholders across distributed teams
Overseeing solutions leveraging Azure cloud, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and core IT domains (security, networking, storage, databases)
Ensuring transparency and tracking progress through Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow
Facilitating agile ceremonies within Scrum, SAFe, or ART frameworks
Promoting continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and process standardization

requirements-expected :

At least 6 years of experience in Azure DevOps
Solid understanding of Azure cloud services (infrastructure, security, networking, storage, databases)
Strong knowledge of Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow (daily use for tracking, reporting, collaboration)
Ability to coordinate and plan the work of Azure engineers and software developers
Experience in leading and facilitating remote and onsite meetings and presentations
Familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, ART)
Fluency in English and Polish
Residing in Poland required
