Project description: As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices. You’ll be directly responsible for hands-on deployment and scaling of services on Kubernetes, ensuring our systems run reliably in production at massive scale. You will design and implement CI/CD pipelines, define infrastructure requirements, and oversee system execution to meet strict performance, security, and reliability standards.

- 7+ years’ experience in a DevOps role
- 3+ years’ experience working with public cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong experience with containerisation and modernisation using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience in Team Leading
- Solid Linux infrastructure and cloud-native workload expertise.
- Extensive experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Hands-on scripting and deployment automation skills.
- Experience with CI/CD, observability, logging, and monitoring solutions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with enterprise architectures, NIST cybersecurity framework, SOC2 compliance, AWS security tools, and container vulnerability scanning is a plus.
- A collaborative mindset, leadership skills, and a proactive, self-directed approach.
