Dear Consultant, We are hiring a DevOps Platform Engineer with strong experience in RPA environments , particularly Blue Prism . This role focuses on maintaining and scaling RPA infrastructure, ensuring reliable bot deployments, version control, CI/CD automation, and platform stability. Location: Romania- Bucharest Type: Contract Business Unit: Digital / Automation / RPA Engineering Core Responsibilities Manage and maintain RPA environments (dev/test/prod) Optimize and own bot deployment processes Implement & maintain Git-based version control Schedule, monitor, and orchestrate bot executions Build and support CI/CD pipelines for RPA Collaborate with Dev, Infra, and Ops to ensure stability Troubleshoot and run root-cause analysis for platform issues Required Skills 6 years DevOps / Platform Engineering 3 years in RPA infrastructure Strong experience with Blue Prism CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps Scripting: PowerShell, Python Bot orchestration tools Familiarity with AWS / Azure / GCP , Docker, Kubernetes Preferred Telecom / Media / Technology domain IaC (Terraform/Ansible), automated provisioning ITIL, operational governance Personal Qualities Analytical, customer-focused, proactive Strong communication skills High quality-awareness and flexibility
