We are looking for an experienced DevOps Manager, who will join our customer and will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of CI/CD Technology stack.

responsibilities :
Define and implement the DevOps strategy, focusing on automation, continuous integration, and continuous delivery (CI/CD)
Lead and manage a team of DevOps engineers, providing mentorship and fostering career growth
Collaborate with development, QA, and Operations teams to improve deployment processes and infrastructure reliability
Oversee the design and management of cloud infrastructure, ensuring best practices for security, performance, and scalability
Drive the evaluation and integration of new tools, technologies, and processes to improve DevOps practices
Establish and enforce best practices for deployment processes and documentation
Participate in handling incident management and ensure proper post-mortem analysis and feedback are taken into account to prevent future occurrences
Ensure high standards of security, availability, scalability, and performance for all systems
Owning Infrastructure based on Azure, working closely with Microsoft to build state of the art Infrastructure
requirements-expected :
Strong Windows & Linux Operating System and TCP/IP Networking fundamentals.
Excellent Azure stack Knowledge
Experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL Database
Strong Experience in the IaaS, PaaS (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Packer,) as well as in the CI/CD stack (e.g., Azure DevOps) and especially on the Azure stack
Excellent knowledge of Python and/or PowerShell/Bash for everything that is related to scripting automation
Strong experience in supporting microservices architecture, management and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, …)
Excellent knowledge of the GitOps and SecOps paradigms
Excellent knowledge of source control, namely git and TFVC
