• We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with a strong knowledge of Kubernetes to join a team building a platform in the Financial Crime Risk Management domain. This is a unique opportunity to set up modern DevOps foundations from scratch, shape best practices, and work closely with international stakeholders.
• You will collaborate day-to-day with other DevOps Engineers, engineering teams in Poland, and managers based in the US and UK. The role combines hands-on engineering, platform design, and automation, with active use of AI-powered DevOps tools.
• The role is mainly remote, but requires visits during team meetings in Warsaw every month.

• Design, build, and maintain Kubernetes-based infrastructure for distributed microservice systems
• Set up DevOps and platform foundations from the ground up, including CI/CD and deployment strategies
• Implement GitOps workflows using Argo CD
• Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, scalability, and resilience of the platform
• Define and implement monitoring, logging, tracing, and observability standards
• Support and evolve deployment strategies such as Canary, Blue/Green, and Red-Blue deployments
• Collaborate closely with engineers, DevOps peers, and international managers to align technical and business goals
• Leverage AI tools to improve automation, observability, troubleshooting, and operational efficiency

• At least 4 years of background as a DevOps Engineer or DevOps Architect
• Previous work with Azure Cloud
• Proven experience in Kubernetes design and implementation
• Expert knowledge of provisioning and operating microservice architectures on Kubernetes
• Hands-on experience with Argo CD for automation and service deployments
• Solid understanding of fault tolerance and distributed systems
• Experience with monitoring, traceability, and observability in Kubernetes environments
• Practical knowledge of Grafana and Prometheus
• Deep understanding of scaling, load balancing, and ingress routing
• Experience with high availability (HA) architectures
• Hands-on experience with Canary and Blue/Green (Red-Blue) deployment strategies
• Residing in Poland required
