• DevOps Engineer with trading systems background for Capital Markets team. Youll support critical trading applications, modernize Front Arena integrations, and work directly with trading desks. This is 70% operations/support + 30% development/projects.

• First point of contact for trading desks - resolve trading and data issues quickly
• Work in shift rotation with morning and afternoon shifts (7:00-15:00 / 10:00-18:00)
• Manage complex incidents across multiple teams
• Modernize integrations between Front Arena and other banking systems
• Lead automation and upgrade projects
• Maintain business flow monitoring
• Weekend deployments (occasional)
• Communicate with vendor support

• Python (advanced) - vendor libraries, automation, integration tools
• SQL (advanced) - performance tuning, optimization
• Message Queues - IBM MQ, RabbitMQ, Kafka or similar
• FIX Protocol (intermediate+) - parsing, debugging financial messages
• Linux/Unix + bash scripting
• DevOps tools - CI/CD, monitoring (Nagios, Grafana)
• Experience in trading systems / Capital Markets
• Order Management Systems (OMS) - electronic trading, routing, matching
• Understanding of stock exchange role and order types
• Front Arena OR Murex/Calypso/FIS Quantum OR deep equity trading knowledge
• High-pace, business-critical environment experience
